Very informative
Enjoyed your video and agree. What is the general consensus for taking a multi vitamin and is it enough? Should we be supplementing additional vit D and A and K and if so how do we determine how much. I live in BC where the sun may not shine for most of the winter months. I take 2,0000 iu additional D a day. I am over weight and suffer from Syndrome X. I had no health issues before menopause. I am 60 years old and started menopause at 48. Still suffering and am considering hormone replacement therapy. My major areas of concern are sleep deprivation, hot flashes and mental confustion. I am able to control my hypertension with relaxation. Cholesteral and blood sugars are another matter. I have cut most of the refined sugars from my diet. I wonder at times if cortizol is not my issue…not sure if it is too much or not enough. I eat pretty well and have made changes to my diet. Current going for blood tests and can provide that info if needed. Would appreciate your input. Thank you.
